Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2025
1. About Storlly
Storlly is an online store platform that lets merchants in Nepal create and operate e-commerce stores. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Storlly on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to open a Storlly merchant account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@storlly.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Merchant Obligations
As a merchant on Storlly, you agree to:
- List only products that are legal to sell in Nepal.
- Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock information.
- Fulfill orders you accept, or promptly notify customers of cancellations.
- Comply with all applicable Nepali laws, including consumer protection and tax regulations.
- Not use the platform for fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
Storlly reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these obligations without prior notice.
4. Fees & Billing
Storlly operates on a revenue-share model during the free tier: your store is free to operate until your cumulative sales reach Rs. 50,000. After that threshold, a monthly subscription fee applies per the plan you select at storlly.com/pricing.
Storlly does not charge per-transaction fees on top of the payment gateway's own fees. Payments processed through eSewa, Khalti, or FonePay are subject to those providers' terms and rates.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload (product images, store copy, logos). By uploading content, you grant Storlly a non-exclusive licence to display and serve that content as part of operating your store. Storlly's own platform code, branding, and design remain the property of Storlly.
6. Service Availability
Storlly aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience outages. We will notify merchants of planned downtime where possible. Storlly is not liable for revenue lost during unplanned outages.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nepali law, Storlly's total liability to any merchant for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by that merchant in the three months preceding the claim. Storlly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Merchants may close their account from the Account settings page. Storlly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, merchant data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active merchants by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu. If you have questions about these terms, contact us at legal@storlly.com.
